1.Equipment Description :
Kaiping production line is mainly used for coil unwinding,fine leveling,cut the length of the high-efficiency production lines.Through automation transformation,this production line can satisfy the automated production at present.
2.Process:
Roll → Roll → Uncoiling → Rough cutting → Cutting head(for cutting thick plate) →Vertical roller ler→ Trimming(waste winding) → Looper →Vertical roller → Fine leveling → Long cutting →plate conveyor (inspection) → pallets → unloading(packaging)
