1.Equipment Description :
     Hot galvanizing production line is the finished product after the black tube surface treatment of zinc automatic zinc plated steel tube inner and outer surface coated with a layer of corrosion-resistant,smooth surface of zinc production equipment.The main equipment of the production line includes drying furnace,heating furnace,galvanizing machine,steel tube drawing machine,lead mechanism,lead roller,translation mechanism,steam blowing machine and air blowing machine,.Cooling sink,spray roller,typing roller,with a blue belt,electrical parts.Eton Equipment Engineering Ltd production of hot-dip galvanizing line specifications between 1/2 inch to 10 inch.

2.Process:
    Raw meterial(black tube) →  degreasing → pickling→ rinsing → coating solvent → drying → hot intrusion znic → external blowing → internal blowing→ air cooling→ water cooling→ passivation→ drying→ typing→ inspection→ packing → finished product
