1.Equipment Description
   High-frequency welding H-beam production of the main technical principle is the use of high-frequency current through the welding head contact with the lower wing and the web directly to heat,so that the base metal fusion,and then by pressure welding Kun welding forming,heating concentrated in the welding parts,Heat-affected zone is small,and in the welding process does not use electrodes,flux,etc.,so the production of H-shaped steel flange formation, high precision,beautiful appearance,and high-frequency welding can be removed without pickling,still can guarantee no inclusion of impurities.

  Web uncoiling → pinch smoothing → shear butt welding → screw looper → edge trimming →pinch feeding → tension control →printing → twist 90o(upper flange uncoiling → pinch smoothing →shear butt weld → screw looper) (Lower flange uncoiling → pinch leveling → shear butt welding → screw looper)→ double pinch feeding → tension control → double pinch feeding→ web upsetting → high frequency welding → weld cleaning → cooling → H steel length counting → straightening → drawing → length cutting → conveying → stacking → bundling → storage → delivery
