1.Equipment Description :
Spiral welded pipe production line is to open the coil leveling,according to a certain angle into the molding,forced bending into a continuous tube and submerged arc welding machine with a spiral welded into a spiral welded pipe ,and then cut into the desired length of the continuity of steel pipe production line.
Spiral welded pipe production line is divided into the former tilting spiral production line and the rear tiling spiral production line.The former tilting production line has the characteristics of small floor area,less investment and convenient production adjustment.After tiling the production line with high productivity and welding defects less features.
